Marinated Chicken Breast- Garlic and Thyme 500 Gms



24 Hour Prep Time

For a healthy dinner tonight, try these marinated chicken breasts from Hman Online store. An herbaceous and garlicky marinade infuses the meat with high-impact flavour.

Cooking Instructions

PAN: – Heat your preferred choice of cooking oil in a large skillet/ pan over medium-high heat. Once the Skillet/Pan is hot carefully add the chicken breasts. Flip after a minute or two. Turn the heat down to medium. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken breast is cooked upto 80%. Cover the Lid of the pan switch off the heat and let it rest for 4-5 Minutes.

OVEN/OTG: – Bake the chicken breast at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature is 165˚F.

BBQ/GRILL: – Grill for about 9-10 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts at the halfway point. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes, flipping them at the halfway point in order to have beautiful golden brown colour on each side of the chicken. Rest the meat off the heat covered with tin foil.
