Chilli Garlic Prawns

  • 500 Gms Indian Prawns (16/20 PDTO)
  • 5 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 3 Garlic Pods Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Chilli Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Tamari
  • 5 tbsp Roasted Garlic Teriyaki
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Spring Onion To Garnish
  • Bee Pollen To Garnish


  • Heat a large non-stick pan with some avocado oil
  • Pan sear thawed prawns for 2 minutes on both sides and remove from pan
  • Add more avocado oil to the pan and cook ginger garlic until golden
  • Add chilli garlic, tamari, teriyaki sauce & brown sugar and heat at a higher flame
  • Add the pan seared prawns once the paste is a little thicker
  • Toss for few minutes till the prawns are coated with the sauce
  • Plate and garnish the prawns with spring onion & bee pollen to serve
