An organic farm located in the Baba Budangiri Range, Tat Tvam Asi is an off the grid plantation in the heart of the Badra Tiger Reserve. At 1400 m, it is one of the highest plantations in the region resulting in well developed coffees. With a clean finish and a sweet aroma of sugarcane, this coffee works very well in the manual brews. With almost no bitterness and a sparkling acidity, it results in a sweet cup.
