Pink Oyster Mushrooms 250 Gms

The colours of the Oyster mushrooms fall across a wide and beautiful spectrum: white, grey, black, yellow and pink! All these varieties have different taste profiles. They all fade in colour as they age or when cooked.

One of the fastest growing mushrooms, they take as little as two weeks to grow! These mushrooms are deep pink when raw, but change to an orange-brown hue when cooked. Sauté or fry them with other vegetables and add to pastas, pizza and salads. These require thorough cooking for about 20 mins to develop their flavour and consistency.
