How to prepare
- Sift 3g (1.5 tsp) of matcha/hojicha into a bowl.
- Add 40ml (3 tbsp) water at 70–80°C and whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Pour over ice and 120ml milk (1/2 cup) of your choice.
- Add sweetener as desired.
- *For hot matcha/hojicha, use 4g (2 tsp) of product and 180 ml (3/4 cup) steamed milk.
