ELEF Fromage Blanc (literally translates to white cheese in french) is a semi-lactic, pillowy, soft cheese made from farm fresh cow milk. This fresh Cheese has a harmonious blend of cream and acidity. With it’s chunky yet spreadable texture, Fromage Blanc is almost like a cross between Ricotta & cream cheese.
Pairing Suggestion:
- Serve it with a full-bodied white wine or Prosecco.
- This can be a star addition to your cheeseboards & platters. It pairs beautifully with honey, figs & alphonso mangoes on crusty sourdough bread.
