ELEF Fromage Blanc (literally translates to white cheese in french) is a semi-lactic, pillowy, soft cheese made from farm fresh cow milk. This fresh Cheese has a harmonious blend of cream and acidity. With it’s chunky yet spreadable texture, Fromage Blanc is almost like a cross between Ricotta & cream cheese.
Pairing Suggestion:
- Serve it with a Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc.
- Smear it on your breakfast toasts, sandwiches or serve it on your cheeseboards with some crackers & wine.
