


Fresh Ricotta - Vegan
A gorgeous Fresh Ricotta! Its beauty lies in the light, fluffy, creamy texture that is indulgent and luxurious. Soy-free, high in protein, and very nutritious, this ricotta is made from watermelon seeds, cashews, a dash of pink salt - and nothing else.
It’s perfect in lasagnas, pasta shells or spread on sourdough drizzled with a bit of olive oil and chili flakes.
Storage Instructions: Store in the freezer (-18 °C) for up to 6 months, or in the fridge (0–4 °C) for upto 1 month.
