Gluten Free Bagels with Smoked Salmon

  • 1 tablespoon of Cream Cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • 5-6 slices of cucumber
  • 2 leaves of butterhead lettuce
  • 3-4 capers
  • Full Grain mustard to taste
  • Touch of black pepper
  • 1 pc Gluten Free Bagels
  • Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar


  • Thinly slice an onion and pickle in apple cider vinegar and Himalayan pink salt for an hour.
  • Slice the gluten free bagel and toast it.
  • Spread the cream cheese on oone side and on the other side spread full grain mustard
  • Layer the butterhead leaves, smoked salmon and sliced cucumber on the bagel and enjoy a
    healthy snack any time of the day
