Preparation time : 10 min – 15 min

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons The Mindful Pantry Almond Butter Oh So Creamy
  • ½ teaspoon shezwan sauce
  • 3 teaspoons chili oil
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pack of cooked noodles
  • Spring Onions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili flakes, toasted sesame seeds, TMP almond butter, shezwan sauce
  • In a small frying pan, add 2 teaspoons chili oil, add in finely chopped garlic cloves and fry until slightly golden
  • Add in garlic chili oil mix in the bowl alongside one pack of cooked noodles (cook for 5 mins in boiling water or until Al-Dante)
  • Mix them well until well combined
  • Top them with vegetable kimchi, diagonally cut spring onions, toasted sesame seeds and drizzle a teaspoon of chili oil
