Old School Masala Pork Breakfast Sausage

Approx 300 gms total weight, 5-6 sausages
Preparation Instructions:
1. Thaw out sausages & bring them to room temperature
2. Place sausages in a cold non-stick pan and add half a t-spoon of cooking oil
3. Put flame on low to medium heat
4. Cook the sausages gently, turning them on each side every 2 – 3 minutes
5. Do NOT prick the sausages!
6. After 10 – 12 minutes touch to feel the sausage. They should feel plump. Plump sausage = ready
7. Rest sausages for 3 – 4 minutes
8. Cut and serve
