Pratapgarh Collective A2 Desi Cow Cultured Ghee is made using fresh Desi cow milk. It is made in small batches every day with curd that is set overnight. The curd is churned at pre-dawn ((Brahmamahurat) to make butter using the ancient vedic process of churning called ‘bilona’. The Ghee which is clarified butter is slow cooked over a fire which allows the fat solids to separate. The liquid part is skimmed off and poured into sterile jars. It is infused with roasted garlic and wild Himalayan pepper and spices which act as aromatics as well as add natural antioxidants . The pratapgarh collective ghee is aromatic and flavourful, good for digestion and has a unique flavour that has citrus overtones and a tingling sensation.
