Mutton Burger Patties

Preparation Instructions:

1. Thaw out the patty and bring it to room temperature
2. Apply a dab of oil on your palms and flatten the patty up to a 4 inch diameter
3. In a medium-hot non-stick pan/gas grill, cook the patty for 4-5 minutes on each side
4. The patty will shrink when fully ready
5. Rest the patty for 4 minutes before adding it in a burger
6. Enjoy your burger!
