Moroccan Buff Tenderloin Skewers (4pc)

4 Skewers weighing appox 50 gms each

Preparation Instructions:

For Oven:

1) Preheat oven to 200* celsius.

2) Place the skewers on the oven tray/grill.

3) After 3-4 minutes, brush the skewers with the oil/butter.

4) Cook for 2-3 more minutes.

5) For well done meat, cook for extra 3 minutes.

For BBQ or Pan:

1) Place the skewers down for 3 minutes.

2) Flip the skewers.

3) Brush with oil or butter

4) Grill for 3-4 minutes more.

5) For well done meat, cook for extra 3 minutes.
