Description

A south Indian sprinkling spice mix. Usually had as a condiment for Idlies and sometimes even dosas or uthapam. It can be easily mixed with oil or ghee at the time of eating.

We make our malgapodi in an artisan kitchen with traditional ingredients.

Ingredients: Bengal Gram, Whole Hulled Urad Gram, Sesame Seeds, Red Chilies  and Salt .
