Description

Ingredients: Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Dhania, Red chilli, Fennel, Green cardamom, Cinnamon, Javitri, Nutmeg, Yellow Chilli, Pink Salt, Mango Powder, White Pepper, Tartaric

 

Malai Paneer Tikka Recipe:

500 gm Paneer, cubed 2 tbsp Malai tikka Mix 4 tbsp Yogurt 2 tbsp refined oil 2 tsp melted butter Salt to taste

Preparation: In a glass bowl add the paneer, yogurt, mustard oil and the malai tikka mix and mix. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Cooking: After sometime, gently place the marinated paneer cubes on the skewers by pricking it slightly. Then, grill these paneer skewers for another 10 minutes or so. You can baste it with refined oil.

 (Note: If you are using the bell peppers, cut them into large slices and place them one by one in between these marinated paneer cubes.)

 

Murgh Malai Tikka Recipe:

250 gm chicken breast 2 tbsp Malai tikka Mix 2 tbsp Yogurt 2 tbsp mustard oil 2 tsp melted butter Salt to taste

Preparation: In a glass bowl add the chicken, yogurt, mustard oil and the malai tikka mix and mix.

Refrigerate for 4 hours and up to 1 day. 

Cooking: Preheat the oven to 240 C for at least 15 mins. Put them on to the skewers. Grill them for 15 mins. Flip the skewers and grill for another 10 mins. Keep an eye after 25 mins of grilling to prevent burning
