Boneless chunks of lamb marinated with Indo-western herbs and spices.
PAN: – Heat your preferred choice of cooking oil in a large skillet/ pan over medium-high heat. Once the Skillet/Pan is hot carefully add the Lamb skewers one by one. Flip after a minute or two. Turn the heat down to medium. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the Meat is cooked upto 80%. Cover the Lid of the pan switch off the heat and let it rest for 4-5 Minutes.
OVEN/OTG: – Bake a 150 Gms. Lamb skewers at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature is 165˚F.
BBQ/GRILL: – Grill for about 9-10 minutes. Flip the Lamb skewers at the halfway point. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes, flipping them at the halfway point in order to have beautiful golden brown colour on each side of the Meat. Rest with Heat off for 5-7 minutes coved with tin foil.
