Preparation instructions:

  1. Thaw out the patty and bring it to room temperature
  2. Handle the Patty with care.
  3. In a medium-hot non-stick pan/gas grill, cook the patty for 4-5 minutes on each side
  4. The patty will shrink when fully ready
  5. Once ready,  season the patty with salt/pepper.
  6. Enjoy your burger!
