Get ready to add sweetness to your weekend with our personal favourite recipe - Almond Butter Cinnamon Vanilla Bean Brownies!

As the name suggests, the unique flavour that makes it so special is of course, none other than The Mindful Pantry’s Almond Butter with Cinnamon and Vanilla Bean. It's low in carbs but high in protein to make sure you binge on the sweetness without any worry.

Let’s get started! Grab these:
-90 gms dark chocolate
-130 gms butter
-2 eggs
-220 gms castor sugar
-½ teaspoon baking powder
-1/3 cup cocoa powder
-¼ cup all-purpose flour
-1-2 tablespoons of The Mindful Pantry’s Almond Butter with Cinnamon and Vanilla Bean

Now let's dive in:
- In a bowl, add dark chocolate and butter. Heat it together to create a mix, and let it cool back to room temperature. In another bowl, add eggs and castor sugar and beat it well until it's frothy and light yellow in color.
- Add the cooled-down dark chocolate and butter mix into the egg and sugar mix. Mix well. In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients: baking powder, cocoa powder, and all-purpose flour; mix well.
- Mix the wet and the dry ingredients well until the batter is fudgy and gooey.
- Add this batter into a well-buttered baking pan and smoothen it out
- Add a few dollops of TMP’s Almond Butter with Cinnamon and Vanilla Bean onto the brownie batter and swirl it around to create interesting organic shapes.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 mins at 180 degrees celsius.
- Drizzle additional Almond Butter before devouring!

Warm or cold – serve the way you like!
