24 Hour Prep Time
Superbly juicy freshly made chicken patties. Can be cooked on the grill/pan/oven. Easy to make and ready to serve in a Snap. TOTAL 2 PCS (250 GMS EACH)
PAN: – Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and Sear the patties until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side (REST WITH LID COVERED). Serve immediately.
OVEN/OTG: – Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread patties on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Flipping halfway through.
BBQ/GRILL: – Heat the grill to high or heat coals in a charcoal grill until they glow bright orange and ash over. Brush the burgers with the oil. Grill the burgers until golden brown and slightly charred on the first side, about 8-9 Minutes for chicken (EACH SIDE) DO NOT OVER FLIP BURGERS TO AVOID BREAKING THEM. Serve when patties are firm to touch.
